2011-2012 Calendar and Child Care Schedule

2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR begins on Tuesday, September 6th. This is a full day for students. The full 2011-2012 calendar is available through the link above.

WINTER VACATION begins at the end of the day on Thursday, December 22nd, 2011. School resumes on Monday, January 9th, 2012.

MID-WINTER BREAK begins at the end of the day Friday, February 17, 2012. School resumes on Monday, February 27th.

SPRING BREAK begins at the end of the day Friday, March 30, 2012. School resumes on Monday, April 9th. Note: This year, SACC's Spring Break Camp will run four days only, April 2 – 5, 2012.

LAST DAY of school is Friday, June 15, 2012. This is a half-day for students.

Schedule of Operation

1.	The School Age Child Care Program begins the first full day of school. Following that, all days of operation will be the same as scheduled for the Ann Arbor Public Schools. There may be exceptions for kindergartners. Please see school calendar for dates.
2.	The regular SACC program will not operate on those days designated on the district calendar as no-school reporting days. A special SACC program may be offered at a designated site on certain days when school is closed. For more information call the School Age Child Care Office.
3.	An SACC Break Camp will be offered during Mid-Winter Break and Spring Break (Note: Spring Break Camp will run Monday through Thursday only this year).
4.	Days in which the regular SACC site programs will not be open include vacation days as defined by the current Ann Arbor Public Schools calendar.
5.	Whenever there is an official public notice over radio stations advising that schools are closed due to weather or another emergency (snow, water main break, etc.), SACC will be closed.
